The Return of Men, October 2025

"I went to Arun and Martin's retreat last year and went away with a lot of great tools, but I didn't keep to my daily commitments, and after a few months it fell away. Even before I had left, I said to them: because of the men that they are, I want to come back. This retreat blew my expectations out of the water. What I've come away with is an intention to be true to myself. There's a lot I want to do in my relationships with my wife, my daughter, my friends. But I realised it starts with myself."

The Temazcal made the biggest impact on me: my greatest fear was not being able to escape, and I had to face it and stay present. It made me realise that I can move through fear with love, and that my body is far stronger than my mind. Overcoming fear is one of the most powerful feelings I have ever experienced. When there is no ego, there is love."
