When you first visit, a banner asks what you are happy with. Nothing beyond what the site needs to work is switched on until you choose. You can change your mind at any time with the cookie button in the bottom left corner of every page.
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. This site also uses your browser's local storage, which works in a similar way. I use both only as described below.
Essential, always on. These keep the site working: loading pages securely, the booking calendar and remembering your cookie choice. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to me.
Analytics, only if you allow it. Google Analytics shows me which pages people visit and how they find the site, so I can make it more useful. Before you choose, and if you say no, Google receives only a basic signal that a visit happened, without cookies or anything that identifies your device.
Marketing, only if you allow it. The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising tags let me show my retreats and coaching to people who have visited the site, and see whether those adverts work. The Meta Pixel does not load at all unless you accept marketing cookies.

Click the cookie button in the bottom left corner of any page, change your choices and save. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which will show you the banner again on your next visit.
